Elaine Louise Clark
Elaine Louise Clark, 83, of Durand, passed away on December 18, 2020 at Sacred Heart hospital in Eau Claire. Elaine was born April 22, 1937 to Paul and Nellie (Maxwell) Martin of Arkansaw. She married in 1956, later divorced, and had four children of this marriage.
Elaine retired from Pepin County Nursing Service as a home health worker. Her patients adored her and she loved her plants. She was a member of Durand United Methodist Church in Durand.
Elaine is survived by her children: Calla Brantner and Debra (Chuck Weber) Hubbard of Durand; Michael (Karin) of Merrill; Jeffrey of Alaska. Five grandchildren: Daniel Brantner of Eau Claire; Steven Clark of Missoula, MT; Michelle Clark of Merrill; Nellie Jo Hubbard of Menomonie; Derek Hubbard of Durand. Three great grandchildren: Isabelle, Arianna, and Emelia of Menomonie. One brother: Howard (Mary) Martin of Arkansaw; brother-in-law LaVern Carothers of Tell, WI. Nieces: Ann Paffel of Spooner, Sarah Harbour of Crowley, TX; nephews Ted Martin of Arkansaw, Gary Ring of Bryant, AR. Preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Nellie; grandson Matthew Hubbard, two sisters: Kathleen Ring of Arkadelphia, AR and Dixie Carothers of Tell, WI; and son-in-law Rick Brantner.
No service or burial is planned.
