Maegan Black, age 33 of Minneapolis, Minnesota, formerly of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on September 3, 2016.
She is preceded in death by brother Steven.
Maegan will be dearly missed by her parents, George and Frances; siblings George Jr. (Carla), Scott (Wannisa), Peter (Holly), and Sarah (Jason Scherfenberg); nieces and nephews, George III, Jasmine, Emma, Ethan, Gabby, Sam, Phoenix and Isla.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11:00 a.m. on September 10, 2016 at The Church of St. Rita, 8694 80th Street S., Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Visitation was held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2016 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th Street. S, in Cottage Grove. Interment Newport Cemetery. www.kokfuneral.com
