Ronald James Jahnke

Ronald James Jahnke, 85, of Pepin, WI died Monday, September 30, 2024 at his home. He was born August 19, 1939 in Pepin, WI; son of John and Edna (Swanson) Jahnke. He graduated from Pepin High School.
Ron farmed all of his life. He loved farming, cutting wood, bowling, and hunting.
He is survived by his sister Judy (Edwin) Chupp of South Fulton, TN; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Edna (Swanson) Jahnke; brother, Walter Jahnke; sisters, Marian Jahnke, Eleanor Abel, Jeanette Marcks, and Elaine Rhorer.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Goodrich Funeral Home in Durand, WI. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Pepin. A lunch will follow at the Pepin Sportsman’s Club.
