Hunter Fredrickson, Independence FFA, exhibited his 1,500-pound beef steer for bidders during the Buffalo County Fair Junior Livestock Sale, held Friday evening, Aug. 4, at the fairgrounds in Mondovi. Fredrickson’s steer was purchased by Countryside Co-op for $1.75 per pound.
