E-S students given green light to hit the playground

E-S fourth and fifth grade students tried out the climbing web at the new E-S Elementary playground.

Students stepped across a portion of the play structure that focuses on balance as the playground was opened to student access in early December.

The main play structure features several slides. Volunteers including teachers, school board members and other E-S community reps helped assemble it and other playground components during an Oct. 19 Build Day.
