DONNA RADTKE

Donna Lee Radtke, 66, of Rochester Minnesota, passed away Tuesday morning, January 18th, 2022 of colon cancer, at the home of Jim and Roxanne Senne. She was born August 13, 1955 in Rochester to Herbert L and Dolores L Radtke. Donna was Baptized by Paster Edward Lazarz on 9/18/1955, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Elgin MN, confirmed in the faith on 5/17/1970 by Paster Oscar Dorn. Donna attend Elgin-Millville High School, Graduated class of 1974. Donna married William Maricle and later were divorced.

Donna leaves behind her godmother JoAnne and two of her dearest friends Bill Oles and Diane Brink of Rochester.

Donna is survived by her children, Charles Maricle (Stacey) of Austin Mn, William Maricle (Peggy) of Holmen, WI: Donna’s grandchildren, Madison, Levi, Mayson and Evan. Summer, Liam, Cecelia and Georgia. Siblings Leonard (Kay) Radtke of Spring Valley Mn, Earl Radtke of Kellogg Mn and Debra (Randy) Bigelow of Plainview Mn. She was preceded in death by her Father Herbert Radtke and Sister Julie Burma.

Donna lived with Roxanne & Jim Senne in their Adult Foster Care home in Rochester from July 2016 up until her passing. She loved to shop. Go out to eat with her roommates to different restaurants. Donna’s all time favorite place to go was Grandmas Kitchen. Donna loved her music which included Jim Morrison, Elvis, The Eagles, Peter Frampton, and Phil Collins. Just a few of her favorites. Donna’s pastime hobby was painting figurines, and wooden trinkets. Donna’s sister Deb would bring over just about anything that she wanted. Deb was able to grant Donna’s wish that she
 wanted so much to spend her final days at home with Roxanne, Jim and her very good friend Paulene. Donna was a loving member of her foster care family and will be dearly missed by all. We Love You So-So Much.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 25, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Elgin with Pastor Terrill Bramstedt officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Plainview. Visitation is Tuesday, one hour prior to the service at the church.
Schad & Zabel Funeral Home in Plainview is assisting the family with arrangements.
