Inundated with Rain!!!

The fairway on the 5th hole at Piper Hills Golf Course looked more like a lake than it did a golf course.

Water ran swiftly under the bridge located in Buckshire Estates next to the Piper Hills Golf Course.

The green on the first hole looked more like an island green at Piper Hills Golf Course.

Beaver Creek inundated this home and the vehicles with flash flooding in Beaver.

A common scene around the area was one like this with water running over roadways.

The fire pit, swimming pool, four wheeler, and grill were surrounded by water from Beaver Creek.

Whipporwill was hit really hard, taking out a bridge at the campground and leaving ponds of water where there weren’t any prior to the heavy rains and flash flooding.

Another common scene in the bluffs of southeastern Minnesota were rock slides and wash from the hillsides. Debris had to be removed off the road along County Road 4 north of Plainview.

Over 7" of rain in Plainview, more in some other areas caused some flash flooding, eroded hillsides, washed out bridges, overflowed and eroded roads, and left a lot of standing water.
