Police Chief placed on leave

There is a pending complaint as defined under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act against City of Plainview Chief of Police Tim Schneider, according to a news release.
The City is considering the appropriate course of action related to the complaint.
Schneider is on paid leave from employment with the City, which is considering the appropriate course of action related to the complaint.
