ROGER TIMM

Roger Timm, of Rochester, passed away at his home unexpectedly, on Thursday, May 28, 2020. Roger married Janice, his high school sweetheart, and one and only love.
Roger was in the Army Reserve for 8 years and held many sales jobs. He changed careers and was able to do his favorite job of farming, which he did up until his death, with help from Dale, Bob, Susan, and a team of friends and family.
Roger enjoyed going hunting and fishing all of his lifetime, but in recent years especially enjoyed going to his cabin with family and friends. He liked country music, especially Johnny Cash, and he liked a good joke (especially if he was telling it).
Roger is survived by his loving wife, Janice, and his wonderful daughters and their spouses, Julie (John), Brenda (Steve), and Lori (Robert); and the pride and joy of his life, his grandson, Timm. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie and Ervin, and sister Margery.
Services will be held at a later date due to COVID.
Blessed Be His memory. Give your loved ones a hug when you can. Always cherish the memories.
So sorry are we now
To hear about the man behind the plow
His days on earth were numbered
And now he has slumbered
Perhaps he went to an After Life Subline
And we’ll see him in the coming time
Although he has passed away
We hope to see him again someday
Although his life has come to an end
He will always be our farmer friend
