Margaret Mary “Peggie” Ellis

Margaret Mary "Peggie" Ellis passed away on December 18, 2025 at the Grand Meadow Senior Living Center in Grand Meadow MN where she had been a resident for the past 3 years.
Peggie was born October 12, 1952 to John "Sylvester" & Mary [Moriarty] Ellis. After graduating from St. Charles High School, she enrolled in the clerical program at Rochester Vo-tech. From there she worked at Mayo Clinic in the Medical Records department for 39 years, retiring in 2012.
Throughout her life, she enjoyed collecting Elvis memorabilia, playing Bingo, watching old movies on TV and reading.
Survivors include 4 sisters: Rose Berg, Eileen Wilcoxen, Brenda Volkmann and Carolyn Ellis; 1 brother: Bernie [Sue] and Aunt Teresa Stokes besides numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death are her parents Syl and Mary Ellis
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
A special thank you is extended to her friends and former coworkers for their many visits and phone calls.
