Marie Ann Roeder

Marie Ann Roeder, age 81 of Eyota, passed away Sunday, November 17th at Chosen Valley Care Center in Chatfield. Marie was born on March 21st, 1943, the youngest daughter of Andrew and Margaret (Kammerer) Kreidermacher. She was raised on the farm with her siblings and she attended Eyota High School.  Marie lived in several places including Florida before moving to Rochester.  Marie and her family then moved to the family farm in Eyota in 1978, which was her final home.  Marie worked at Arnold’s Supply and had plans to open her own cleaning business with a friend before a car accident limited her ability to walk.  She then worked at ABC in Rochester while also enjoying some side work on sewing projects for various people until her retirement. 
Marie will always remain in the hearts of her three children; Michael Roeder of Eyota, William Roeder of Rochester and Glen (Nichole) Roeder of Chippewa Falls, WI.  She absolutely adored her two granddaughters Cordelia and Kaelyn who will miss her jokes and smiles.
She was preceded in death by her; parents, Andrew and Margaret; brothers, Bernard, Casper, and Fr. Andrew Kreidermacher; Arnold, Leonard and infant sister, Margaret.
Mass of Christian Burial for Marie was held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 27th at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Eyota. Visitation was held one hour prior to the Mass on Wednesday at church from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment was held at the church cemetery following Mass.
