ALMA CENTER - It was Dr. Seuss everywhere you looked at the Alma Center library when members of the Story Hour celebrated Dr. Seuss Day.
In addition to reading lots of Seuss books, there were activities geared toward the beloved author. The crafts made that day were a Truffaut tree and the Oreo Cat in the Hat hats. They also played stack the cat’s hat game and kids were even flipping green eggs and ham. “Suessy”decorations made were displayed on tables and walls.
What a wonderful way to celebrate reading! The Cat in the Hat would be smiling!
