Strum Village Board approves frisbee golf at Viking

STRUM - The Strum Village Board gave its approval to Viking Golf and Dine LLC to set up a frisbee golf course on its regular course during its October meeting held back on the 12th.

Viking plans on setting up 18 nets on the side of each fairway which can be used year-round.

The board denied two zoning questions: one to Tania Thacker for a variance to build closer to the property lot line at 320 Maple St. and a request to re-zone to Agricultural Conservancy by Kathy Ness for a glamping site.

The board went into closed session to discuss village employee concerns. It came out of closed session and voted to to accept the resignation of village employee Brenden Pagel
