Strum Village Board approves zoning decisions

STRUM - The Strum Village Board, meeting on Oct. 9, voted on two matters of zoning and building permits.

The first was commercial property owned by Leland Christianson. He has taken down a building and would like to rebuild with loading docks. He asked that his property be rezoned to commercial to allow this to happen. A motion was made by Berge and seconded by Bjerke to have the property rezoned pending surveying of the property. They also approved a building permit for the garage for Steve Hansche of 5th Ave.

The Board also approve a contract with Johnson Rollof to be waste hauler in the village.
