Strum Village Board holds December meeting

STRUM - The Strum Village Board held its monthly meeting back on the 11th at the Village Civic Center.
The search for a new village Clerk/Treasurer continued throughout the month without a hire being made and continue on into January. The village contacted temp. agency to provide workers to assist with daily tasks until a hire can be made.
Also in personnel matters, a proposal for flexible time off was presented to the Board but no discussion on it took place.
The Public Works Dept. agreed to review a variance granted to a property on 208 Oak St.
A proposal to rezone North American Fly a/k/a Strum Hide & Glove with public hearing scheduled for January.
