Strum Village Board holds summer meetings

STRUM - The Strum Village Board held their summer meetings, the 10th in June and on the 8th in July at the Village Civic C.enter

The Board gave its approval to citizen Steve Ebert to fix and using the mower & tractor that is sitting over at the golf course for mowing by the VFW park and the village could use for Crystal Lake Park area.

Erin & Mitchell Nielson- 215 W Fir St- Building Permit was submitted to put up fence at property 215 W. First St. and also permit submitted for 120 S. 4th St for deck extension. Both were approved.

All alcohol licenses, for local stores and establishments, servers and for Brutus Fest were approved

Board approves of sale of dock on Crystal Lake no long used by village for $150 to Tim Scheifelbein as it also agreed to purchase of a new dock from Coulee Regien Docks, LLC

The Board agreed to approve updated building permit form with the effective date of 6/10/2024.

Discussion was held or action tabled on upcoming items such as new pickelball court, solar panel project for village.
