The Registrar accepted the application and appointed Angela Hickey Wills and Beth A. Jewson, whose addresses are 101 Courtland Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801; and 1018 4th Street West, Wabasha, MN 55981, to serve as the co-personal representatives of the decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota. Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department. Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
The applications are on file in the Wabasha County Zoning Department and may be reviewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any questions regarding these matters should be directed to the Wabasha County Zoning Department.

CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR COUNTY EMPLOYEES AND

Purpose: The Purpose and intent of the ordinance is to establish regulations that will allow law enforcement access to Minnesota’s Computerized Criminal History information for background checks for County employment and County licenses.
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.04 and 375.51 that the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the 17th day of March 2015 at 9:15 a.m., at the Old Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota, 55981, to consider the adoption of the described Ordinance.
Interested persons are invited to attend the hearing to comment on the adoption of the ordinance.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Public that on Tuesday, March 10th, 2015 the Wabasha Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application submitted by California Overland Properties for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). This is to allow an Industrial Warehousing distribution or Storage Facility on site at 350 Commerce Street, R27.01307.00
This public hearing will take place at the regular monthly meeting of the Wabasha Planning Commission which will be held at the Wabasha City Hall, 900 Hiawatha Drive. This meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and other items are on the agenda.
Additional information on the project is available through the Planning Department at City Hall. Questions should be directed to the City Hall.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing was held by the Wabasha County Planning Commission in the County Board Room, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota on January 26, 2015 on proposed revisions to Article 16 and Article 21 of the Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance (now labeled as Chapter 16 and Chapter 21 respectively) and on February 17, 2015 the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners voted by a majority vote to adopt such revisions. The general purpose of Chapter 16 outlines the duties of the Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, and Board of Adjustment. The general purpose of Chapter 21 outlines the procedure for addressing violations of the zoning ordinance. It should be noted that this publication is only a summary and that the full text of revisions is available for public inspection on the County website at www.co.wabasha.mn.us. or can be viewed in the Wabasha County Zoning Department or the Office of the Wabasha County Auditor/Treasurer.
