IT IS ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on January 12, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at the Wabasha County Criminal Justice Center, 848 17th Street East, 2nd Floor, City of Wabasha, in said County, and then, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Wabasha County Registrar of Titles, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 3947 and Certificate of Title No. 4019 and issue new Certificates of Title for the land therein described in favor of James D. Roemer and Mary A. Roemer, free and clear from all memorials now appearing on the present Certificates of Title, the last of which is Document No T17229, and free from the memorial of this Order.
Attendance is required only by those who wish to object to the above-described Order.
