Amy T. Cierzan-Shaw, 56, Burnsville

Amy T. Cierzan-Shaw age 56, of Burnsville, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by those she loved most on Friday September 22, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband (Steven Shaw). She is survived by her children: Andrew Shaw (Carly Ingalls) of Seattle, WA and Alison Shaw (Peter Howell) of Playa Del Rey, CA, her significant other Greg Ipsen and many wonderful friends and family.
Amy lived life on her own terms and her journey with cancer was no different. Her strength, perseverance, quick wit and tenacity was apparent until her final moments. She loved gardening, babies, Cheetos, coffee, family car washes, shiny glass and traveling to see her children. Her children were her greatest accomplishment and that was something she shared with everyone she met. A Celebration of Life will take place at her home on Sunday, October 8th from 2-6pm.
