Antoinette Lorraine Cheslik (Stamschror)
Antoinette Lorraine Cheslik (Stamschror) Antoinette (Andy) passed away on March 25 at 93 years. Antoinette grew up in Wabasha MN. She attended college at St Theresa in Winona and graduated with a degree in Mathematics. After college Antoinette married Lawrence. They spent the first years of their marriage in Seattle and San Diego while Lawrence served in the Navy. They settled in St Louis Park where they lived for 65 years raising children, enjoying friends and where Antoinette worked as a math teacher and paraprofessional at Hopkins Lindbergh High School. Antoinette’s favorite things besides her family, faith and friends were painting, bridge, Bible Study, math problems, ice cream, crossword puzzles, golf, fishing and all babies. Antoinette is survived by her husband of 72 years Lawrence, her children Susan (Kevin) Daly, Janet (Robert) Daly, Paula (Ross Martin) Cheslik, Stephen (Mary) Cheslik. Grandma Andy loved being a grandmother to her 11 grandchildren Shannon (Jereme) Bates, Jason (Marisa Bayer) Daly, Brandon Daly, Shawn (Hanna) Daly, Rachel Cheslik, Sarah (Joel) Bourdess, Micah Cheslik, Brianna Cheslik, Tyler (Miriam) Cheslik, Samuel Cheslik, grandson-in-law Ed Bermingham and 9 great grandchildren Ava, Jack and Will Bates, Eddie Bermingham, Della and Henri Daly, Amos and Verity Bourdess and Elise Daly. Antoinette is lovingly reunited with her beloved granddaughter Nicole Bermingham, sister Mary Elaine Steele and parents William and Christine Stamschror. A heartfelt thank you to the caregivers from Dignified Choice Care for the loving care they gave Andy. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 9th at 11 AM at St Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 105 Forestview Lane N, Plymouth. Visitation one hour prior. Lunch and Eulogies following. Interment on Saturday, May 10 at St Felix Cemetery in Wabasha MN at 11 AM with luncheon following. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Dignified Choice Care at 2004 River Hills Drive, Burnsville, MN 55337 to fund additional training and education for caregivers.
