Geraldine M. ‘Geri’ Roundy, 79, St. Paul

 Geraldine M. “Geri” Roundy, age 79, of St. Paul, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at New Harmony Care Center in St. Paul. She was born June 19, 1936 in Kellogg, the daughter of Thomas and Eleanor (Gage) McNary. She was a graduate of Kellogg High School. She married David Roundy September 25, 1954 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Kellogg. Geri was a homemaker. She also worked for Pearson Candy Company in St. Paul, the U.S. Army Arsenal in Arden Hills and St. John’s Hospital in St. Paul.
 She enjoyed bowling in her younger years, playing cards and visiting Treasure Island Casino.
 Geri is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Marilyn Roundy, Maplewood, MN, Michele and Charles Boyd, Sr., North St. Paul, MN; sons, Richard Roundy, Oakdale, MN, Scott Roundy, St. Paul, MN; one grandson, Matthew Boyd, North St. Paul, MN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Roseann Zgoda, Albert Lea, MN, Toni and Don Schouweiler, Kellogg, MN, Maxine and Victor Feliciano, Charleston, SC; brother, Richard McNary, Louisville, KY; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins and her very best friend, Becki (Michael) Edge, River Falls, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband, David, who died April 3, 2015, brother, Thomas McNary, sisters, Ruth McNary and Lorraine Johnson and parents, Thomas and Eleanor McNary.
 A funeral service was held on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 11:00am at the Abbott Funeral Home in Wabasha with the Reverend Father Joseph LaPlante officiating. Interment was in Riverview Cemetery in Wabasha. Casket bearers were Mike Schouweiler, Matt Boyd, David and Jim McNary and Michael and Douglas Edge. Family and friends called at the funeral home on Monday from 9am until the time of service. The family prefers memorials. The Abbott Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. www.abbottfh.com
