Fall Creek School Board approves prelim budget for 2026-27

FALL CREEK - The Fall Creek School Board held its August meeting back on the 17th in the District Meeting Room.

The Board approved the preliminary budget for the 2026-27 school year. The District's annual meeting which sets the budget levy and mill rate is scheduled for Sept. 28 at 6 p.m. The next meeting of the Board is set for Sept. 21 at 6 p.m. in the District Meeting Room.

Other agenda items approved were the district's academic and career plan, the designated public depositories for district monies, tbe Hoover Ave. road extention and agreements with the Osseo-Fairchild and Augusta school districts for occupational and physical therapy services respectively.

A contract for business management services with R.W Baird Inc. and an agreement with the Eau Claire School District for Visually Impaired Services were tabled until the September meeting.
