Evangelina M. LaBrec
Evangelina M. LaBrec, age 88 of Menomonie, formerly of Durand, died Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the Neighbors of Dunn County.
Eva was born on August 2, 1934 in Chihuahua , Mexico. She attended school and was raised in Mexico until moving to El Paso, TX. While in Texas, Eva met and married Robert LaBrec on July 27, 1973. After marriage they lived in Texas until moving to Arkansaw in 1992. Robert died in 1993. Eva later moved to Durand where she remained until her illness forced her to move to The Neighbors Care Center in Menomonie.
Eva loved doing puzzles and going to thrift sales. She was a very kind and generous person.
Eva is survived by her step-children, Kathleen Kirkpatrick; David LaBrec; Steve LaBrec; Robert LaBrec Jr. and Tony LaBrec, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Darlene LaBrec and Delores Smith; brothers-in-law, Al LaBrec and Don LaBrec, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert and son, Tony Morales.
Private family services will be held.
