Pepin Area Schools receives grant from DuPont Pioneer
PEPIN, Wis., (July 14, 2015) – Pepin Area Schools is pleased to announce that DuPont Pioneer donated $2,000 towards upgrading science technology equipment in classrooms.
The grant will specifically be used to help purchase a mobile distance learning lab and update equipment in chemistry and biology lab classrooms. Pioneer associate seller Mike Fetzer from Pepin sponsored the grant.
“We commend the work of the school and the educators who are teaching biology and chemistry to our youth, as knowledge in those areas is critical to the future of agriculture and many other important careers,” said Fetzer.
“We want to thank DuPont Pioneer for this grant, and we look forward to updating and upgrading equipment and materials that will assist our teachers to enrich the learning environment,” said Bruce Quinton with Pepin Area Schools.
