Miles of Smiles--2026 Trail Ride

It was a bit breezy but an enjoyable time at the York-Northfield Sportsmen's Club's annual Trail Ride on May 9 and 10. Twenty-five riders participated and of those, 2/3rds were ladies enjoying Mother's Day weekend.

Whether sending out invites, helping with registration, being a trail leader who gets permission to ride landowners property and marks the trail, organizing and working at Food stops, the members of the York-Northfield Club do their jobs well, to give participants a good time. A 16.5 mile ride was held on Saturday and a 10 mile ride on Sunday.

This year's trail leader was Nate Graham. His wife, April, followed with their kids on a side by side. It was a beautiful and enjoyable time for both horses and riders--they appreciated the event and all the planners' work to give them all a great time.
