Jeanette R. Miller

Jeanette R. Miller, 73 of Wabasha, MN and formerly of Lake City, MN, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025, at her home following a short illness. Jeanette Renota was born January 1, 1952, in Lake City to Renota (Pruter) and Reynold Miller. Jeanette was a very special person in several different ways. She enjoyed animals of all kinds, ice cream, chocolate pudding, polka music, visiting and going on adventures with many, many friends, stuffed animals, playing jokes on people and going on the never- ending bear hunt. Jeanette was an honorary member of several families and was never lacking in love and attention, she enjoyed life. Jeannete, or Nettie as she was known by many, will be greatly missed. She is survived by her mother Renota Miller; sister Karen (Bernard) Sheehan; a niece Sara (Jamil) Stamschror-Lott; a nephew Justin (Kate) Stamschror; a great niece Zola Stamschror- Lott and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Reynold Miller. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2025, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Wabasha with Rev. David G. Peters officiating. Interment will be at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Lake City .Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
