Roy J. Eggenberger, 81, Theilman

 Roy J. Eggenberger, 81 of Theilman, MN, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center, Wabasha.
 Roy John was born November 3, 1938, in Theilman to John and Marion (Smith) Eggenberger. Roy was the third generation owner of the family’s bar. His grandfather started the bar over 100 years ago and Roy owned and operated the bar since the death of his mother in 1972. He loved roses and polka music. Roy touched the lives of many young people in the community.
 He is survived by two sisters: Sally (Dick) Schurhammer, Wabasha and Mary Lou Schuth, Wabasha; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
 He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers: Donald “Snooks” Beaham and Milton John Eggenberger.
 A family funeral will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Theilman. Interment will be at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Theilman.
