Dean Linse

Dean R. “Deano” Linse, 82, of Mondovi, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019, at the Neighbors of Dunn County, Menomonie.
He was born on Aug. 21, 1937, in Mondovi, the son of Clarence and Florence (Morinski) Linse. He served in the Army after High School. He was employed by American Motors, in Racine, where he met and married Sue Ann Beebe (now residing in Virginia).
He moved back to Mondovi, where he worked on and eventually took over the family dairy farm.
He will be greatly missed by his children, Kerri (Ron) LaFrenierre, Jeff Linse, Lori Simonson, and forever son-in-law, Daniel Storberg; and siblings, Bill Linse and Gary(Ruth) Linse. His numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren will miss grandpa Deano.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and eldest brother, LaVern Linse.
At Dean’s request, no formal funeral or services will be held. A gathering of family later this year will be conducted for the disbursement of Dean’s cremated remains.
Anyone wishing to honor Dean can do so by making a donation to their local animal shelter, which he gave contributions to regularly.
