Dravin Larson

Dravin Justice Larson of Prescott, Wis., died unexpectedly on April 2, 2019. He was 10 years old.
Dravin was born on June 15, 2008, in Menomonie, Wis., to parents Lucas Larson and Tashiana Olson.
Dravin was currently a fifth grade student at Malone Intermediate School, in Prescott. Dravin loved his school, his teachers, and especially his friends. Whether with his school friends or his BACA friends, Dravin thrived on the support of good friends, and being that kind of friend to others. Dravin was always on the go, and was involved and thoughtful of those with special needs at his school. Dravin’s friendliness knew no bounds. His smile and kind words were intent on making strangers become friends. It’s how he connected with people! Dravin liked to wear his signature white hat, was a fan of the Wisconsin Badgers, and enjoyed music, wrestling, Pokémon cards, and Legos. Dravin’s final act of kindness in this life was the gracious gift of organ donation. Dravin’s gift will forever change the lives of four strangers, and show the world his special brand of love. He will be missed by many.
Dravin is survived by his father, Lucas (Janeth) Larson; his mother, Tashiana Olson; his siblings, Xarion, Mark, Jovanne, Adam, Rayco, Terrin and Leanna; paternal grandparents, Gary and Sue Larson; maternal grandparents, Carla (Michael Hereau) Olson; great-grandparents, Helen Larson, and Jim (Carol) Olson; aunt and Godmother, Crystal (Derek) Jacobson and their children, Tayden and Logan; aunt, Miranda Olson; niece, Xaryianna Richardson-Partlou; his beloved dog, April; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Edgar Larson and Bruce (Jeanne) Goss; aunt, Ambur Lyn Hereau; cousin, Kayla Bauer.
Funeral services honoring the life of Dravin Larson will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, at Joy Lutheran Church, 1435 Saint Croix St., in Prescott, with Pastor Steve Meyer officiating. Visitation will take place at the church beginning at 11 a.m.
Memorials may be given to the discretion of the family.
