Richard C. Beach, 79, passed on Monday, March 25, at the Mayo Clinic Hospital, in Eau Claire, surrounded by his wife and children.
He was born March 28, 1939, in the Town of Escalon, Calif. The son of Oscar and Elischa (McCoy) Beach. He was united in marriage to Lorraine Mansue, in 1985, at The Seventh Day Adventist Church in Dove Creek, Colo.
Richard liked to refer to himself as a Mass Transit Relocation Specialist (truck driver). Over the years he drove for: Digby, Marten Transport, Air Lite Trans, J.B. Hunt Waste Manage Division, and most recently retired from Ashley Furniture. He enjoyed fishing with his wife, kids, and grandchildren. He liked to watch the San Francisco 49ers, Star Trek, and the many CSI series.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; children, Kimberly, Barbara, Bonnie, Tiffeny, Tammie, Carla, Kenneth, Elischa, Robert, Marjana and Jessica; 37 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Wilson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Roger Marten Center, in Mondovi, on Thursday, March 28, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. for friends and family.
