Two in the running for Buffalo County Dairy Princess

Buffalo County’s annual Dairy Princess Contest, sponsored by the Buffalo County Dairy Promotion Committee, will be held Thursday, June 4, at the Hilltop Bar and Ballroom in Fountain City. The banquet begins at 7 p.m. with the program at 8 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend the banquet and princess contest.

Two young ladies will be competing for the title of 2015 Buffalo County Dairy Princess. A first attendant will also be chosen.

The candidates are:

Kristen Sendelbach, 17, daughter of Roger and Leslie Sendelbach of Cochrane. Kristen is wrapping up her junior year at Arcadia High School where she is involved in basketball, golf and FFA. She is sponsored by Sendelbach Construction Inc.

Madison Tennant, 16, daughter of Leah and Shawn Tennant of Buffalo City. Madison is finishing off her sophomore year at Cochrane-Fountain City High School where she participates in basketball, softball, FFA and FBLA. Her sponsor is Nelson Hotel Bar and Grill.
