Mondovi XC caps off busy week

Zach Kluge led the Mondovi boys throughout the race, followed closely by teammate Jason Fath.

Members of the Mondovi boys team broke from the starting line at the Mondovi Invite, held at The Valley on Tuesday, Sept. 22.

Ty Parker worked his way up through the pack.

Daniel Gruber headed down a small hill on the racecourse.

Sophomore Emily Flaskrud flew up the steep hill at the end of the race, looking to pick off a few runners.

Senior Amanda Rud looked ahead as she worked her way through the middle of the girls’ race.

Senior Maddie Gilbertson rounded a turn on the Mondovi course. Gilbertson was in first for the Mondovi girls as the squad hosted its annual invite at The Valley.
