Cegielski speaks at State Capitol; conversations indicate Cardinal Manufacturing could become national model

E-S tech ed teacher Craig Cegielski spoke to state lawmakers late last month about Cardinal Manufacturing and why the program model solves many of the common problems schools and the manufacturing industry are currently facing.

During his visit to the State Capitol in Madison, Craig Cegielski (right) posed with Wisconsin State Assembly Rep. Warren Petryk. Lawmakers worked with Cegielski and others as part of a Task Force to compile a report of suggestions that could help better prepare youths to fill key manufacturing jobs.

Craig Cegielski talked with MAPP conference attendees about the Cardinal Manufacturing model, including the custom parts the students can design and produce.

Cardinal Manufacturing hosted representatives of the plastics industry from across the nation for the MAPP Plant Tour Event on Aug. 16.
