Jackson County Board approves three rezoning requests in Cleveland Township

BLACK RIVER FALLS - The Jackson County Board of Supervisors approved three rezoning requests made by landowners in the Town of Cleveland in their May meeting held on the 19th at the County Government Center.
The requests were made by Bruce and Kimberly Underwood, Tim and Michele Berger and Allen and Katy Dable. They were all to change from agriculture or agriculture and forestry designations and Residential-Manufactured Home respectively to residential. The Board unanimously approved all three.
The Board also unanimously approved the purchase of the 320-acre parcel for not more than $1,000,000 contingent that they receive a County Forest Loan, Knowles-Nelson Grant and monies from Jackson County for the balance of the purchase and approved unanimously confirming and ratifying the authority of Counsel for Jackson County to add defendants to opioid litigation.
