City of Mondovi, NCD settle civil suit

Yellow signs supporting North Creek Developers have popped up around Mondovi in recent months. The City of Mondovi and NCD agreed last week to settle an ongoing lawsuit that will result in the transfer of all remaining lots in Peeso Creek Terrace to city ownership. The city filed suit against NCD and its partners in May, citing an alleged breach of contract that cost the city tax revenue.
