Fernholz to compete at 4-H Shooting Sports National Championship

Reece Fernholz, a member of the Glencoe Hustlers 4-H Club, posed with the many medals he earned last summer at shooting competitions, allowing him to qualify for the Wisconsin 4-H Shooting Sports team to compete at Nationals in Grand Island, Neb., this summer.

Fernholz, shown here in prone position, traveled to five 4-H shooting competitions around the state in 2015 to earn qualifying points.

Reece Fernholz (right) had the opportunity to compete with his uncle, Scott Fernholz, in hunt and cover at a competition in Shawano last summer. The experience was Reece’s most memorable in 4-H shooting sports to date.
